Damaged or missing items

Damaged, Defective or missing items.

IMPORTANT:  Inspect all item(s) as soon as they are received.


Even if you are having the item(s) installed professionally at a later date, inspect it when you receive it.


All item(s) leave here in brand new, perfect condition, if they arrive in anything less, Kia Part World must be notified within 24 hours and before the item(s) are installed or are given to a 3rd party for installation.


If item(s) is/are damaged, defective, or missing components please notify Kia Part World within 24 hours. If you can provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s), please attach them in an email and specify whether you would like a replacement or refund.


Once the damaged or defective items are received here, we will promptly ship the replacement item(s) to you via the original shipping method or refund for the item as instructed in your email.  Kia Part World cannot ship a replacement item until the returned item is received.


Damaged items MUST be packaged to avoid further damage.  If an item is damaged in transit to us due to poor packaging, we won't be able to offer a refund or ship a replacement.



If UPS has lost or you claim you did not receive an item we will replace it free of charge after ups has investigated this claim and they have credited Kia Part World.

Kia Part World will not refund any money for lost items and the replacement items cannot be refused or returned for credit. This policy is in place to protect Kia Part World from mail fraud which is a punishable crime by law.
