There is NO restocking fee charged, however, it is your responsibilityto return (ship) the item(s) back to us in new, unused, and perfect condition. Please follow all of the instructions on this page to ensure a prompt and full refund.

Item(s) must be in original new condition, uninstalled with all attaching hardware and packaging. If any packaging is missing, an item may be damaged in transit to us and we will not offer a refund.

All returned item(s) must be spotlessly clean. Please make sure all protective wrapping is in place on the items and item(s) are properly secured inside the box to prevent cardboard and other materials from scratching the finish of the item(s) being returned.

Credit, in the amount charged for returned item(s), will be credited to your card that was used to make the purchase (SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE).

Returned item(s) must be received by Kia Part World within 14 days of the original purchase date. When any item is installed, it's yours! Installed item(s) will not be accepted for return. Item(s) that have gone through a "test installation" will not be accepted for return. If an accessory or part has been bolted on, attached, plugged in or installed, in any other way, it is non-refundable. No return on electrical parts.

Installed item(s) are still covered by warranty against manufacturing defects  (see www.kiapartworld.com or reply by email to support@westhillskia.com). 

All returns are inspected prior to processing a refund. If item(s) are missing or are not in returnable condition, you will be notified via e-mail. Any item that we are unable to deem refundable can either be disposed of or returned to you at your expense.

**Please allow 1-4 days for return, inspection and processing after item(s) are received. Refunds may take up to 7-10 days for your credit card provider to show a credit after submission for refund.

Insure the package for the full value of all enclosed item(s). Inspect all items before shipping and notify us of any damaged or missing items. It may be necessary to package the item inside another box for shipping to avoid damage during the return trip. Many times the packaging is sufficient for the item(s) to arrive undamaged after being shipped once, however, packaging may fail when shipped a second time.

Please avoid marking on the outside of the box or covering up any part number(s). Scotch tape or masking tape are not suitable for shipping. Please use only packing tape to seal packaging.

Return shipping will be paid only on item(s) when an error occurred at our facility. (i.e. - the item(s) shipped was not the item or quantity listed on your order confirmation page).
